DECISION PROCESS
Our choices were made in this order:
A) Availability
B) Teachability, professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm
C) Improvisation / Flexible character skills
D) Suitability for this season’s specific roles and theme

CAST MEMBERS
Cast members are expected to attend rehearsals, the full dress rehearsal, and the performance nights you committed to. Final role assignments will be revealed once dress rehearsals are complete—when the shadows best show us where you belong.

​

ALTERNATES
Alternates serve as our on-call spirits, stepping in when others vanish into the night. While every effort will be made to provide 24 hours’ notice, flexibility is essential.

 

Alternates attend all rehearsals and the dress rehearsal, but focus on mastering the entire haunt—every zone, every role. Though you may not work every night, if you are summoned during the season you may end up acting in a variety of places.

REHEARSALS
Two workshop rehearsals will be held on Saturday, September 13 and Saturday, September 20, both beginning at 5:00 pm.
 

• Attendance at one is mandatory; attending both is strongly encouraged.

• Missing both will seal your fate—removal from the cast.
   

The Dress Rehearsal on Saturday, September 27 at 5:00 pm is mandatory for all staff, cast, alternates, and volunteers. This is when the haunt awakens in full.

CONTRACTS

During your first rehearsal, you will be invited to sign an independent contractor form that provides details on the position. Please review it carefully before signing.
